Delete your Scaleo account
Your account is yours. You can erase it yourself, at any time, without writing to us and without giving a reason.
From the app
This is the fastest way: deletion is immediate.
- Open the Scaleo app, or play in your browser at scaleo.fun.
- Sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Open the settings, then the « Delete my account » tab.
- Confirm. The account and its data are erased at once.
This cannot be undone: there is no bin, no cooling-off period and no way to recover a deleted account. Purchased packs are lost with the account; any refund is a matter for Google Play, not for Scaleo.
On request
If you no longer have access to the app or to your account, write to us from the account's email address.
Answered within 30 days at most, as required by the GDPR. We ask for no identity document: the request simply has to come from the account's address.
What is erased, what remains
Erased immediately
- The account itself: email address, password, display name.
- Preferences: language, time zone, colours, interests.
- Created content: personal events, circles, uploaded images.
- Purchased packs, unlocked cards and sign-in history.
Kept, with no link to you
- Scores from games already played, detached from any account: they carry no identifier any more and can no longer be traced back to you.
- Aggregated, anonymised statistics, which identify no one.
